Please review our terms:

• 10 x 10 feet space is given to  each vendor. If additional space is needed, contact director.
• Set up is officially 11:00 –  1:00. The park is open and Antonia Arts personnel will be available at 9:00 if you want to set up earlier.
• All businesses are responsible  for collection and payment of any applicable sales tax to New York State.
• All businesses are responsible  for collection and disposal of their own debris.
• It is the responsibility of the  business to obtain the appropriate Board of Health permits.
• Businesses must bring their own  chairs, tables, and tents.
• No electric will be available  unless requested by August 1, 2025, or if possible, one week prior to set up. If really needed, bring a generator.
